* Pressing Shift + B opens up all of your packs. Makes selling easier. You can also shift-click any bag in the toolbar to open/close them all. Or, Bind your bag opening key to Open all bags instead.
* Holding down Alt causes you to select yourself as the target for spells, buffs, etc. F1 does this as well. F2-F5 selects your fellow party members. If they have a pet, hitting their F key twice will select the pet.
* Be sure to log out inside of an Inn or major town to build up your rest bonus. This bonus is determined by how long you are in the rest area (captial cities count in their enterity) and caps at approximately 1.5 levels worth of xp doubling which takes about 2 weeks in a rest area to hit.
This time accrues whether you are logged in or not so ALWAYS log in an inn or capital city.
* Shift + Right click to auto loot kills, crafting nodes, chests, and any world object that can be manipulated.
* Shift + Left Click either posts an item into the chat window as a link if you have chat open, or it splits a stack of items. This can also be used to select how many of a non-stacked item you want to buy from a vendor.
*Clicking on a name in the chat window sends that person a tell.
*Shift + Clicking on a name in chat performs a /who
* With a teammate targetted, typing /assist will fight what they target. In the default configuration, F will select their target. If youre running a pet, F1-F1-F will select whatever your pet is aggrod on.
* Not so much at trick, but faction discounts apply to the flyers and trainers as well, so dont be so quick to throw away newbie quests that you forget to complete - they help out in the long run. Be aware that the reputation received from a quest drops off sharply when it goes grey, unless the quest is a high-profile one for that faction (i.e. Defias for Stormwind). Also, many quests give reputation bonuses in more than one faction; you see this a lot with Ironforge/Gnomeregan Exiles. Finally, if you hover over a quest-giving NPC, the game now tells you in the tooltiip which faction theyre aligned with.
* The command /random # # makes dice rolls between the two numbers specified (ex: /random 1 100 will roll randomly (1-100)). Its useful for quests and such, as I always use it to roll for chests or veins of ore, etc.
* Go Swimming There are often chests at the bottom of lakes aswell as mineral nodes that wont show up on radar until you are submerged. (the lake outside Loch Modan (sp) is Amazing for tier 1 and has 5 chest spawns that I have found so far)
* Increase the range of your Target nearest key. Go into your WTF folder and edit the Config.wtf file. Add the following line at the bottom:
SET TargetNearestDistance 40.000000″
* The Auction House will respond to you much quicker if you narrow your search range. If nothing else, use the level range boxes, and search by armor/weapon category. Also, using the text-string search box is the fastest way Ive found to find consumables.
* of the : These are paired stat bonuses based on the animal type, and they will always have the same two stats paired. If youre looking for stat buffing armor, and you know what stats you want, search Auction House for the following animals:
Bear: Strength, Stamina
Boar: Strength, Spirit
Eagle: Intellect, Stamina
Falcon: Intellect, Agility
Gorilla: Strength, Intellect
Monkey: Agility, Stamina
Owl: Intellect, Spirit
Tiger: Strength, Agility
Whale: Spirit, Stamina
Wolf: Agility, Spirit
* To make fast cash when youre really bored, farm -5/-6 humanoid creatures. They drop Linen/Wool/Silk, all of which sell very well in AH if you put low buyouts. They also drop more copper/silver than comparable beasts, demons, dragonkin, or elementals.
* Cooked food stacks to higher amounts than raw food. By training cooking, you can double a single slots worth of storage, and get more benefit.
*While on autorun, hold down the right mouse button to steer. Easier to make small course corrections this way.
*To learn more about your guild (How many actual players there are, for instance) Type /ginfo
* Dont want to use a mod to speed up that quest text? Use these scripts instead
Speedy Quest
/script QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS = 600000
/script RegisterForSave("QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS")
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Quests are now SUPER SPEEDY!");
Regular Quest
/script QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS = 40
/script RegisterForSave("QUEST_DESCRIPTION_GRADIENT_CPS")
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Quests are now regular speed!");
* Alt-Z will hide your UI and makes for better screenshots.
* V will bring up health bars under the names of everything you can see, and switch it off again.
* Hunters, If you and your pet get in over your head and you want to keep the pet alive, set the pet to stay and run away. If you can get out of range before the pet dies, the pet will unsummon itself. You can then instantly call it back to you once you have reached safety. Its a lot quicker and less mana and food intensive than having to rezz and feed the pet.
* In the key bindings theres a thing called camera flip. By default its not bound to anything. It flips the camera view so youre looking at yourself from the front instead of the back. May be useful when running away and want to see if mobs are still chasing you.
* Mail is the great extra bank account. Create a level 1 alt. Mail it all your stuff you want to save. It can sit on that guy for 29 days. Then have it use the return option to send them back to your main for another 29 days.
* You can fish while waiting on a boat. Do not stand too close to the edge though, because the boat will knock you off the dock and into the water.
* Ask guards in town for directions. Now press m and you will see a red flag marking where you need to go.
* For high levels that want to level up skills. Head to Scarlet Monastery and attack the Scarlet Chaplans. They HoT themselves and heal for a decent amount. so long as you dont out damage you can basically attack them indefintely.
* Also for leveling up wands attack a caster. You resist 99% of there spells and so can easily skill up that way.
* To see what class/lvl/guild someone is on the chat hold shift and left click their name it basicly does a /who on them

Big World Of Warcraft Bags
Since reaching level 70 and buying my epic flying mount, I’ve been on the look out for bigger World of Warcraft bags to hold all my loot. When it comes to grinding and making gold, it’s best to take heed of the Horde in this matter who have a saying: ‘Da bigger da bags da better’!
As I’m hanging out less in the Pig & Whistle these days and spending more time in Outland, I’ve decided to partake in the hospitality of the World’s End Tavern in the Lower City of Shattrath and pose at the bar with the likes of Haris Pilton - socialite (someone who likes to pose in bars). Since patch 2.4.3 Haris is now able to sell you a 22 slot "Gigantique" Bag. This nifty looking number, hangs nicely off the shoulder and is perfect accessory for all level 70 Mages - but only if you can afford the 1200 gold!
If you have been following my blog over the months you will know that bags play an important part in game. Big bags allow players to grind for longer without the need to keep running back to town to sell the goods they hold or the nearest auction house to auction off gathered materials and loot.
The "Gigantique" bag is now the biggest general purpose bag on the market (excluding carfting bags which do come bigger), but if you don’t think a Haris Pilton original is worth the 1200g, there is still the option to go down market and opt for a 20 slot Primal Mooncloth bag which sells for around half the price at auction, depending on your server.
Now the nice thing about general purpose bags is that they are not tied to a particular character level. This means even low level characters can equip high-end bags with many slots such as the 16 slot Netherweave bag (around 4-5g at auction) and the 18 slot Imbued Netherweave bag (around 50g at auction).
Interestingly, the "Gigantique" bag is bind on equip, which means that in theory it can be traded in the Auction House. I’m sure that as more players with plenty of gold visit the World End Tavern and find Haris Pilton we may well see some of these bags up for sale. So far they have yet to appear at auction on my server. Warcraft 3 cd key

DOTA Strategy - Secrets of DOTA revealed
DOTA stands for Defence of the Ancients. It is a mod for Warcraft 3. Since its inception, there have been a number of good DOTA Strategy guides written about it.
Here are 7 DOTA Strategy 101 tips to help you get into the game.
Tip #1 Farming
Farming means killing creeps or neutrals for gold. The more enemy creeps you kill, the more gold you'll receive. Sometimes when farming becomes difficult, player may turn to farming neutral characters for extra gold.
Tip #2 Last Hit
Last Hit means moving in close to hit the enemy creep for gold. Damaging an enemy creep does not provide gold, so its beneficial for a non-ranged character to move in for a last hit to receive this benefit. This also allows you to stay out of range of the opposing team.
Making a last hit requires a feel of the timing to deal direct damage for different characters. You can get a feel of this simply by playing the game often. A good strategy is to keep the thumb on the "ALT" key so that you can readily see the life line of the creeps, and only move in to get a last hit when its life is low.
Tip #3 Hot Key
Hot Key is an essential DOTA strategy. Different spells are tied to different buttons which when pressed will activate the spell. Since battles in DOTA last only a few seconds, clicking on the icons with the mouse is a little slow.
Tip #4 Mouse
Getting a good mouse is important for DOTA. You'll also enjoy the gaming experience more with a good mouse, skates, and mouse pad.
Tip #5 Item Build
Having the right item build will increase the power of your character. Some characters require more health or more speed, or more mana as the game progresses. Knowing the complimentary item build for your character will increase its power and direct damage.
Tip #6 Team Play
In competitive DOTA play, its necessary to play in groups. Public DOTA strategy and Competitive DOTA strategy are different with the latter being more difficult and emphasis on team cooperation.
Tip #7 Mana Required
Always take note of the amount of mana required to cast 2 spells. 1 spell alone will normally not be sufficient to take down an opponent.
Tip #8 Item Cost
By understanding what items need to be built, you'll be able to know the cost and time your return to the fountain. Less trip back to the fountain means more time in the battle field, which translates to more gold and experience for your DOTA character.

How The Secondary Market Erupted In Mmorpgs
Diablo 2 and EverQuest has been the earliest games in which players were able to trade gold, Diablo 2 CD Key currencies, items, accounts, guides and even a power leveling service was introduced. EverQuest was the first massively multiplayer online game introduced while Diablo 2 was the first role playing game that supported a small multiplayer function through the Battle.net system. Both games provided a very unique coop play while Diablo 2 was the only game that offered some type of player vs. player function.
EverQuest was released on March 16th, 1999. The game itself is almost a decade old with over 5 different expansions along with a newer release of EverQuest 2. EverQuest 2 was released November 8th, 2004. EverQuest has been a popular game for lots of fans even as of today. EverQuest 2 players all have the desire of gold to purchase items that will enhance their characters and improve their game play with out having to spend that much time doing the boring stuff to get the gold. Even as of today, the original EverQuest is just as popular as many of the MMORPGs available now.
Diablo 2 was released on June 29, 2000. That is about 1 year after the release of EverQuest. If you’re wondering what happened to the original Diablo and why is it not listed is because the original Diablo did not have much support nor game play compared to the second release and at the point of the release of the game many players did not have efficient connections to the internet. Battle.Net has yet even become popular. In Diablo 2, gold contained absolutely no monetary value at all. There was not 1 highly demanded item that players can use to make trades, instead they had to barter in trade channels using what items they have and what items players needed. There were a few items in mass quantities that were able to be used as a form of currency. These items were known as Stone of Jordan and the many different types of runes and charms in the game.
The gold and items were so difficult to obtain that there was a huge demand from players, especially those players who are not able to contribute as much time as others. This has created a high demand for the gold and items that were needed to enhance their character. They want to be able to play the game at the maximum level they can with their friends and others who are able to contribute more time. Because of this demand, many players has created either dupes or hired another gamer to do their farming and getting them the equipment and gold needed.
In Diablo 2, there were many bugs, loop holes, dupes and exploits that sellers have used to obtain these items of high demand. Farming them was simply just too difficult as the drop rate on some of these items were next to impossible. They have even created bots that will automatically move their characters and kill mobs or bosses and loot the items dropped. In EverQuest these bots, hacks, dupes and exploits were banned quickly as there was a lot more staff watching over the game. This required the attention of low labor manual hack and slash grinding. Many Chinese players entered the market and provided the gold farming at low cost. Overtime more and more joined and the currencies has gotten cheaper and now everyone is purchasing them to save time in their life while yet being able to enjoy the game to the fullest.

Starcraft Tips: ZERG
Guardians are one of the most feared air units against opposing players as these units can destroy enemy ground units from a distance that the opposing force will not be able to attack unless you or the units advance on the location of attack. When using Guardians, we recommend that you include a large quantity of Hydralisks, which will help on close ground defense as well as possible air defense. In addition, it is also a good idea to keep one or two overloads with this army to help detect any units that may be invisible.
Hydralisks are very powerful units once upgraded; upgrade all available options for the Hydralisks as early as possible.

Because one of the fastest building species, it is generally a good idea to build up defense and/or offence by building Zerglings and can usually weaken the enemy's base very early in the game by attacking as early as possible. However, if this strategy is used improperly this will also cause you to lose the game. In addition, this strategy can only be used when playing multiplayer.

Starcraft Tips: PROTOSS
Templars are one of the Protoss's greatest units; when using their Psionic Storm you can wipe out large armies of men or other units very fast if they are grouped together. An excellent unit to use against the Zerg's guardians.
The Archon is another excellent unit and very powerful with the capability of destroying ground and air units and something that is great to move around units that can't attack air/ground.
The Reaver is very powerful defense against ground units and also good against buildings, but is an extremely slow unit. A great tip is to use your transport to transport Reavers to the enemy's base and drop the reavers behind the enemy's line of defense. If you have at least 5-10 reavers and continue to keep them loaded on their ammo, you can generally easily take out an opposing enemy.
Finally, the infamous Carrier attack, used by many players that play Protoss and, if used effectively, can completely wipe out an opposing enemy. To use this strategy right you will need to research cloaking capability and build 5+ carriers fully loaded and go into an enemy's base.

Starcraft Tips: TERRAN
Siege tanks are one of the Terran's most deadly offence and defense weapons; after building the Command Center ensure that you attach the machine shop and research siege capability, a lot of Siege tanks can be deadly to ground forces, however, are useless to air attacks.
Ghosts are deadly to both air and ground units; with the nuclear strikes and cloaking capability you can walk into the enemy's base and literally destroy or damage a good portion of the base. To get nuclear strike you must have a Nuclear Silo attached to the Command Center; the more nuclear Silos you have, the more nuclear bombs you can create only one per Silo. In addition, while the ghosts can be invisible, various units and buildings can detect them.
Another powerful weapon is the Battle cruiser, which is an excellent offensive weapon and when grouped can be lethal; however, ensure you research the Yamato Cannon before attacking any units.
